Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Turn on/sync earbud. 2. Push play. 3. "Chrome has stopped working" shows up. What is the expected behavior? Play music or video. What went wrong? Even with hulu playing or paused, pushing the play/pause button brings up a window that chrome stopped working. Has also happened while no media is being used. Crashed report ID: How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version: It kind of seems like the earbuds don't work with hulu so they try to perform the function through chrome but as I said this has happened without hulu (or anything else) being used. I guess the earbuds don't recognize hulu and maybe if the earbuds detect no media they try to access chrome but then chrome just crashes.

@Reporter: Could you please provide 16 digit crash id from chrome://crashes when you see "Chrome has stopped working". This would help in better debugging from TE end. Thanks!

Can you try using Chrome Dev or Chrome Canary? We recently landed a fix that may have resolved this problem.
