When "View Site Information" is pressed, Chrome may crash.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3501.2 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go on a website.
2. Click on the "View Site Information" button.
3. Reload the page and repeat until the browser crashes.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Chrome crashes instead of site details being presented to the user.

Crashed report ID: fd8d94f1-1205-41c6-9c8d-f3954503e6aa

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 70.0.3501.2  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0

Can you provide the server crash ID? (you've provided the client crash id which isn't of any use to us).

I'm wondering if this is a duplicate of  issue 866782  which was fixed in 70.0.3501.2 but occurred in 70.0.3501.0

Hello! Thank you for your feedback on the error I found. I'm not sure if the server crash ID was available. If it is of any use to you, these are the only crash ids I received via chrome://crashes. All of these were because of the error I reported.

Status: Duplicate (was: Unconfirmed)
These were all logged against 70.0.3501.0 vs the 70.0.3501.2 you reported in Comment #0. The first two crash reports are identical to  issue 866782 . The 3rd crash report is a duplicate of issue 866798.
