OS: (e.g. Win10, MacOS 10.12, etc...)


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)On windows, save a credit card 
(2)you'll see a save prompt 
(3) the Gpay logo and the label alignment seems to be off (It looks good on Mac) 

What is the expected result?
The Gpay logo and the label should be vertically middle aligned on Windows. 
It's a Harmony problem. 

What happens instead?
Check the image
