Feature request: Chrome tabs should launch as windows not chrome tabs

This would be permanently and without option.

From the bug bash.

I'm not sure what this means - we have the feature to open chrome tabs as windows. Is the bug about making this as a default?

I believe this was a suggestion from the bug bash not an actual bug.
