@nverne, apparently setup flows are being made to show as full-screen when in tablet mode. This might be something we get for free when switching to WebUI.

Add Crostini Mascot

The Crostini Installer spec uses a mascot icon without a background rather than
the version with the background circle and shadow.

This adds the mascot for use in the WebUI Installer.
