in chrome://bookmarks, if you move your mouse slowly between the side-nav and the page content, you'll find a line somewhere that is visible when hovered, which can be dragged to adjust the size of the side-nav.
Without accidentally discovering this feature, it would be completely invisible since there's no contrast between the two panels or any visible lines. It looks especially odd when there's text overflowing the side-panel because a horizontal scroll-bar would appear and stops mid-page.
Is there a way to make this feature actually discover-able? or is it invisible intentionally for some reason?
