Backport support for RTL8153-AD to older kernels

Project Member Reported by bleung@chromium.org, Jul 24

Issue description

We need this CL, kernel v3.18, and v4.4:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/drivers/net/usb/r8152.c?id=34ee32c9a5696247be405bb0c21f3d1fc6cb5729

r8152: Add support for setting pass through MAC address on RTL8153-AD
The RTL8153-AD supports a persistent system specific MAC address.
This means a device plugged into two different systems with host side
support will show different (but persistent) MAC addresses.

This information for the system's persistent MAC address is burned in when
the system HW is built and available under \_SB.AMAC in the DSDT at runtime.

This technology is currently implemented in the Dell TB15 and WD15 Type-C
docks. More information is available here:
http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/04/SLN301147

34ee32c9a569 patch is needed IFF _any_ chromebooks "have the pass-through MAC burned in and available via \_SB.AMAC in the DSDT ACPI table." (copied from email from Dell).

Dell should please provide a list of those chromebooks so I can test the backport on at least one of them.

Once at least one chromebook model is listed for a given kernel version, please assign this bug to me.
