The autofill server assigns UNKNOWN_TYPE to unknown fields in known forms.

This approach doesn't work for many credit card forms. It turns out that the range of instances where the autofill server performs well vs the range of instances where the heuristics perform well differs not by domain, but by the types of fields, contrary to our intuition.
