I'm concerned that our Eldar doc for Contextual Search doesn't capture all the information that's in our PDD.  Specifically our PDD details the specific conditions when the sensitive-proto is logged, and I think that's missing from Eldar.  https://eldar.corp.google.com/assessments/821213717

Also, it's not 100% clear to me how the categories in Eldar map to our usage.  Our usage has local client information that might be collected and retained, data sent to servers, server logging, and logged data retention.   I guess that "storage" maps to server logging and client storage, and "retention" maps to logged data retention.  But what maps to sending data to severs?  Is that "Use"?
