[Translate] Choosing "Never translate pages" doesn't dismiss translate bar

See attached screenshot. After having selected the "Never translate pages in French" option, the infobar doesn't dismiss. It will likely never come up again, but it should dismiss on the spot when "Never translate" is selected.

Can't repro this anymore. Selecting "Never translate pages in [lang]" shows a message "Pages in [lang]" will not be translated and the infobar disappears.
