Video bandwidth category fails under test.webrtc.org test page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open test.webrtc.org and click start button

What is the expected result?
All the tests under each category is passed.

What happens instead?
Under Throughput category, Video bandwidth fails specifically. 

Reproducible?
100% on fresh tab. Sometimes wont work after refreshing the existing tab. 

Did it work earlier?
Yes it use to work in M67 and M68. This is a regression in M69.

@Guido: No both are different issues. 

849666 : Tab hangs when the tests are running under camera section.
866916: Test page fails (red color) as shown in the screenshot attached. No hang is observed. This is under throughput section in the same picture.

@guidou: A very similar issue is found in M70 Macbook pro.

When the test page is under throughput category, then the whole chrome is crashed. 100% reproducible? Could be the same root case as this issue?
