Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.68 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Print 2. Destination > Change… 3. Print Destinations > Manage… What is the expected behavior? The settings window that opens should have focus What went wrong? Focus is on the tab close button. I can repro the bug on Dev, but the print dialog crashes the renderer or "Manage" can't be clicked when I build and run Chromium. Hopefully those issues go away so I can look into this bug more deeply.

I think the issue might have to do with WebContentsViewMac::SetInitialFocus() in that it's focusing the first focusable element somehow. https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/content/browser/web_contents/web_contents_view_mac.mm?rcl=e5f38f60551dca0fd978bd26469f3d2905d7132c&l=203 Will look into it further if I get the chance.

I also think this issue is just about opening web pages with content that are immediately focused in general, not just relating to the print dialog.
