Browser close after click on page info in url bar

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3501.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click on url bar (in my case on localhost page)

What is the expected behavior?
show info

What went wrong?
browser close

The issue look similar to issue id: 866782. Hence, merging into the issue id: 866782.
The issue also seems to have been fixed in latest chrome version #70.0.3501.2
