Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Hit 3 dot munu to bring up post options, 1+post, Edit Comment, Copy comment text, Delete Comment and See who 1+'d this

What is the expected behavior?
Hitting the 3 dot menu should bring up the options listed above

What went wrong?
On Chrome OS the last option 'See who 1+'d this' is consistently missing. I'm using Google + installed from the Google Play Store on Asus C100P and Samsung Chromebook Plus. It happens on both Chromebooks.
