SpellChecker analyzer does not produce expected word range in some cases.

When SpellChecker ran on https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/infra/infra/+/1147313, it correctly specified the word range for most comments, but not for the last few (hence, the whole line gets highlighted, rather than only the misspelled word). However, running it locally shows that it does compute the expected ranges.

I updated the cipd package to the latest version and I wasn't able to replicate it again. My guess is that the live version wasn't the latest one.
