Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3499.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open dev tools 2. The mouse pointer is displayed around 60 px below the actually click point 3. So when the user or developer click the element way above the mouse is clicked. What is the expected behavior? The click pointer is at the point where the click is going to happen. What went wrong? The mouse pointer is way off from the click position. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 70.0.3499.0 Channel: canary OS Version: OS X 10.13.5 Flash Version:
