Have we confirmed that servo v3 will work fine with Nautilus?

Yes, I checked with Ben and he is okay with servo v3. 
I also connected servo v3 and checked if I can do dut-control and executed couple of commands like:
power_state:on
power_state:off
dut-control fw_wp_state:force_off
lid_open:yes/no etc
