Pinch zoom function not working in Google Photo under portrait mode

 
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10718.58.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.70 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10718.58.0 (Official Build) dev-channel nami-unibuild (akali akali360 nami pantheon sona vayne) test

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Execute "google photo" and chrome browser opened 
2. Pinch zoom any photo and function is workable
3. Rotate device as portrait mode
4. Pinch zoom any photo

What is the expected behavior?
Photo pinch zoom 

What went wrong?
Zoom in/out fail

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.70  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10718.58.0
Flash Version: 

1. Pinch zoom under landscape mode, all zooming function is workable.
2. Pinch zoom under portrait mode, browse "https://www.google.com/chromebook/"  --> Fail
browse "https://www.google.com/" --> Pass
browse google map --> Pass

Also can duplicate the issue on LAVA R68.
- Chrome OS version: R68-10718.58.0
- BIOS version: Google_Coral.10068.57.0
- EC: coral_v1.1.7281.f7fba9111

But can't duplicate the issue on LAVA R64.
- Chrome OS version: R64-10176.76.0
- BIOS version: Google_Coral.10068.45.0
- EC: coral_v1.1.7272-0b44fba22

Verify pass on 68.0.3440.78
