Emoji/Voiceinput should disabled when focus on password input-box.

REPRO STEPS:
1.Put cursor into any password input-box (e.g. gmail.com, mail.163.com).
2.Switch to any keyboard.
3.Tap Emoji key.

Actual result:
The Emoji layout pops up.

Expected:
It should be disable, just like：Hw,Emoji,Voice icons are disabled in Lock & log in screen

technically, people actually can use emoji as their password.
