Issue descriptionChrome Version: 70.0.3499.0/10902.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Kip,Reks OS:chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into user >> open any window(Ex:chrome/file manager) >>keep it in overview mode (2)hover the mouse pointer on X-close button and observe Actual:'X'close button appears black on hovering the mouse pointer on it Expected:'X'close button shouldn't appear black on hovering the mouse pointer on it This is a Regression issue as same is working fine on 69.0.3494.0/10893.0.0 dev Attached the sreencast for reference..
