cursor:pointer does not work on Google Chrome but works on FireFox and Safari

Issue description
Chrome Version : 67.0.3396.99
OS Version: OS X 10.13.5
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari: OK
Firefox: OK
IE/Edge:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. cpy the atttached file and run it on chrome browser ( runs with feather light and skeleton css )

What is the expected result?
the cursor should turn to pointer
What happens instead of that?
cursor does not turn to pointer.

Thanks for the report. I can't reproduce this with a minimal example — copy and paste this into your address bar:
data:text/html,<body style="cursor:pointer">
If you can provide a minimal example with no external JavaScript or CSS, we'd be happy to look at it.
