Photo downloading problem on chrome

Issue description

My mobile is LenovoA1000.

When I tried to download photos from chrome it's not working when I clicked on photo and trying.

But without clicking on photo can download

Tested the issue on Android and unable to reproduce this issue. i.e; able to download photo successfully

Steps followed:
1. Launched chrome , opened images tab and searched for "dog"
2. Long press on image and Clicked on Download image option -- able to download image successfully

Chrome versions tested:
67.0.3396.87(Stable)

OS:
Android 6.0

Android Devices:
Lenovo K50a40

rajeevrockzz15@: Could you please let us know if this issue is consistently reproducible? Please provide additional details like chrome version, android version and if possible please provide us a screencast on reproducing the issue.This would help in better triaging.
