Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 67.0.3396.99 also on latest chrome 70.0.3501.0 using Mac 10.13.5, Ubuntu 17.10 and Windows 10.

Same behavior is seen on M60(60.0.3112.113) hence considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged.

Thanks!

Could either be a YouTube bug or some sort of navigation bug.

dalecurtis@, can we remove the Internals>Media component? It's been a while since your update, and sounds like two other groups need to triage it.

clamy@ just wondering if this hit your team's radar, and if so, is there anything to add from your side (assuming you are working on navigation)? Thanks.
