Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Asus c302
2. Update to latest dev channel (July 20, 2018)
3. Turn on

What is the expected behavior?
Stops at Chrome screen. Can use mouse, access Chronos shell, use keyboard shortcuts for brightness settings.

What went wrong?
ChromeOS won't load.
