Update large image assets with optimized ones

There are some image assets we've been able to re-optimize to smaller file sizes so let's update them!

41% smaller with a file size reduction of ~763kb

Thanks Amy!

This is a great asset size reduction! We should be excluding any non-Stable assets in this measure, however, since we only ship one of canary/dev/beta/stable assets in any given APK. For example, we will only ship one app_icon out of all of the flavors that show up for our various release channels.
