Issue description

On Bling, when I focus the password field, the accessory indicates that there is a login available, but when I tap on the login nothing happens.

We unfortunately need login credentials to be able to test this one properly. There doesn't seem to be a way to create a test account without providing credit card information and a valid US address.

I've saved credentials on Desktop (with manual fallbacks) and checked it in Bling Chromium. For me everything works.

olivierrobin@ if the problem persists, could you please attach password manager logs?

For this could you please do the following steps?
1.Open chrome://password-manager-internals in one tab
2.Open the site in another tab and repeat steps from the bug description
3.Return back to the first tab and copy/save the content (it's Password Manager logs, no private information) and attach it to the bug
