What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Open Playstore window
(2)Open any app >> Scroll down & up and observe while scrolling Up

Actual: Weird traces of header are seen on the app while scrolling it Up
Expected: No such traces of header should be seen on the app while scrolling it Up.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62
