Non-Regression: Chopped alphabets are seen in ubertray when Docked magnifier is enabled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> From ubertray ->enable Docked magnifier
(2)Now expand/collapse ubertray and observe the alphabets of battery indicator,Date &time .

Actual: Chopped alphabets are seen in ubertray when Docked magnifier is enabled
Expected: No such chopped alphabets should be seen 

This is a Non-Regression seen from M-69 (as issue is seen in New ubertray)
