Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install SiwtchyOmega: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/proxy-switchyomega/padekgcemlokbadohgkifijomclgjgif 2. Visit this page: chrome://extensions/shortcuts 3. Click "X" button at this extensions What is the expected behavior? Refresh this page(chrome://extensions/shortcuts), the hotkey settings still exist. What went wrong? Cannot save clear hotkey settings. WebStore page: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/proxy-switchyomega/padekgcemlokbadohgkifijomclgjgif Did this work before? Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 67.0.3396.99 using Windows 10. Attaching screen-cast for reference. Steps: --------- 1. Launched reported chrome 2. Navigated the URL " https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/proxy-switchyomega/padekgcemlokbadohgkifijomclgjgif " and Enabled extension 3. Navigated to chrome://extensions/shortcuts and Clicked on "X" button As we are able see the hotkey settings still exist @Reporter: Could you please review the attached screen-cast and confirm if anything being missed here. phanindra.mandapaka@, you already reproduced the bug, which is exactly the fact that the hotkey settings still exist after clearing it and refreshing the page.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, Mac OS 10.13.3 and Ubuntu 17.10 on the latest Stable 68.0.3440.106 and the latest Canary 71.0.3541.0 as per comment #1. This issue is observed from M-66(66.0.3343.0)build from where MD Extensions is enabled by default. Hence this is a Non-Regression issue, marking this as Untriaged and CC'ing dpapad@ for further help in this issue. Thanks..
