DUT pop-up "Chrome isn’t responding" while browsing through Google chrome

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Power on DUT with JIO SIM Card in SIM 1 and Airtel in SIM2 with mobile data enabled for SIM2 Airtel and set to LWG Mode. 
2. Disable Data on DUT. 
3. Open browser and try to start browsing (Test case ID 16.2.4) 
4. Try to enter website name and Observe that DUT gives “Chrome isn’t responding” error pop-up while browsing through Google chrome. 

What is the expected behavior?
No ANR

What went wrong?
DUT pop-up "Chrome isn’t responding" while browsing through Google chrome

Crashed report ID: N/A

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version:

@maplewind127: Could you please check the issue on latest stable #69.0.3497.86 and report back the behavior. If it is still reproducible could you please provide details of Test case ID 16.2.4. This would help in further triaging of the issue.
