Can only input Capital letter by long pressing key in Zhuyin inputView keyboard

Chrome os:
69.0.3494.0 10891 canary-channel bob
input tools version:
9999.0.20180715.204676558

Steps:
1.Switch to Zhuyin inputview keyboard
2.Long pressing any key ,
3.Pop up window will display Capital letter 

Actual:
Can not input lower English letter and digital for ever by long pressing any key
