Issue descriptionApp Version: 69.0.3496.0 canary iOS Version: 10.3.3, 11.4.1, 12.0 beta 4 Device: iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone X, iPhone 6S Plus Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome 2. Open a New Incognito tab 3. Type any search text in omnibox 4. Tap on ‘Clear Button’ to clear text 5. Tap on ‘LEARN MORE’ Observed results: It redirects Google chrome help page but omnibox will be empty Expected results: Omnibox should be updated with Google chrome help URL Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5 Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build : M68, NA (Contains old incognito UI) Type-bug-regression? I think NTP should do the same things the non-incognito NTP does when navigating to a content suggestion, which includes dismissing the omnibox, but I don't feel strongly about this.

In incognito that's the real omnibox.

I know it's the real omnibox, but on non-incognito NTP does something when the links (doodle, content suggestions, tiles) are clicked to defocus NTP.

I see, incognito can call `[self.dispatcher cancelOmniboxEdit];` for links.
