Why is disabled my android system webview

Expected result:why is show me android system webview is disabled.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Chrome will provide a WebView implementation and then the system one becomes disabled. If you remove chrome then your system one will be re-enabled; or you can adjust it in Developer Options of which one to use.
