Chrome OS crashes when switching windows (using the keyboard button) from Linux terminal to other

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10888.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3494.0 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10888.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Linux terminal
2. Press the window switching button on the keyboard
3. Crashes

What is the expected behavior?
I don't think so

What went wrong?
System crashes. 

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 69.0.3494.0  Channel: dev
OS Version: 10888.0.0
Flash Version:
 
Note that when linux terminal is in full screen, it does not crash but when it is not, it does.

Can you provide the list of crashes (if any) in "chrome://crashes"?
 Issue 866044  has been merged into this issue.

That crash doesn't seem to be related to overview. The real one seems to be in issue 866463.
I see. I don't think this crash is not logged to the chrome://crashes. I just generated bunch of same crashes and none of them are on the list.
