Inconsistent text weighting across similar text

Inconsistent text weighting between the “Cancel” when focusing the omnibox, the similar “Hide” button in articles suggestions, and collections names. Ainslie suggested making these consistent. Leaving to UX to decide what to do with this.

Consistent with Apple's guidelines: bold is applied to controls that read "Done" and/ or "Completes some taks and goes to previous view."

No further action needed.
