a11y: Profile Button on Toolbar Should Be More Descriptive |

Issue description1) Use Narrator, VoiceOver, or ChromeVox and keyboard focus through the toolbar. 2) Keyboard focus to the profile button (Right before the three-dot/more actions menu) Note the description of... "[Your name], button" We should be more descriptive on what this button is (e.g. something like user menu, etc.)
