Clicking Chrome Native UI show accessibility tree in chrome://accessibility crashes Chrome OS

Google Chrome	69.0.3473.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Firmware Version Google_Lulu.6301.136.57

Steps to reproduce:
# Navigate to chrome://accessibility/
# Click on "show accessibility tree" under the heading "Chrome Native UI"

Chrome immediately crashes. It does not show up in chrome://crashes. I am brought to the NTP with the "Restore" dialog asking me to restore closed tabs. 

I verified that I did not have any flags enabled.

dmazzoni@, I feel like this heading probably shouldn't be there at all. It's unclear what the expected outcome would be.

This happens on my corp and Chromium accounts so it's not just one profile.
