Chrome OS no way to access context menu with keyboard only

Project Member Reported by leberly@chromium.org, Jul 19

Issue description

Google Chrome 69.0.3473.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Firmware Version Google_Lulu.6301.136.57

There is no way to get to a context menu (aka right click menu) without using the trackpad. On Windows, for example, there is a context menu key. Chrome OS could have a key combination to do the same thing without needing to have the physical key.

This is a fine line between a bug and a feature request. It's pretty much a feature request except that this is blocking full keyboard-only access.

Please feel free to flip to feature request if needed. Applies to the Q2 assessment.
In ChromeVox, the context menu is opened using search + m. If we could get that functionality with keyboard only, that would be great.

Status: WontFix (was: Available)
CHromeVox: search+m (as mentioned above)
In Chrome OS generally: Search+volume up

Already exists in either case. Closing.
Found it in documentation, Shift + Search + Increase volume
