rendering.mobile bisect is failing

The errors start with:
All of the runs failed. The most common error (20/20 runs) was:
ReadValueError: Could not find values matching: ...

Blocking on several bugs where you can find examples.

I believe this is a symptom of  issue 865181 . The perf bots were accidentally running android-chromium instead of android-webview. The metric doesn't exist on WebView, and that's why Pinpoint can't find it.

All the regression bugs are invalid and can be WontFixed.
