Creating nodes on a closed context must not throw an error |

Issue descriptionCurrently chrome throws an error if you create a new node on a context that has been closed. This is not correct according to https://github.com/WebAudio/web-audio-api/issues/1580 We may want to leave this as a console warning however. |
