One of the big changes in the Chromeperf V2SPA frontend redesign is adding a pivot table to display Histograms and Diagnostics from the Histogram Pipeline. It will be displayed below charts when users select points/ranges in the main chart, and it should look a lot like results.html:

results.html uses Polymer 1.0 without redux, doesn't support starting bisect jobs, and isn't visually consistent with V2SPA, so V2SPA's pivot table will be mostly new code, but it can borrow a fair amount from results.html.
This should be the last major core feature before we can move onto the next phase of the plan to transition from the V1 UI to V2SPA.
