Pre-condition: Download multiple (atleast 10) files to have entries in chrome://downloads/ page.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and open chrome://downloads/ page having entries in it.
2. Now traverse the focus throughout the page and Observe.

Actual Result: Focus does not traverse through the last few downloaded file entries.
Expected Result: Focus should traverse through each and every downloaded file entry.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from ‘M-61’ series.
