Unwanted focus ring is seen on Keep/Discard download bar.

Chrome Version: 69.0.3496.0 Revision 4225deb99f054d45a757dbecf0de9421c5e4d05e-refs/branch-heads/3496@{#1}(32/64 bit)
OS : Mac (10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.14, 10.13.6)

Pre-condition: Enabled 'Use Views browser windows instead of Cocoa.' flag from chrome://flags.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, drag any .exe file into browser.(Keep/Discard download bar is seen)
(2) Press Tab key and observe focus on Keep/Discard download bar

Actual: Unwanted focus ring is seen on Keep/Discard download bar.

Expected: No such focus should seen.

This is Non-Regression issue seen from ‘M-67’  ,as this flag has been introduced from  build #67.0.3381.0.

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS) OS.

As this being a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.

Looks like focus manager should be ignoring the container

It looks like to me my apps are open and it bugs out it like a car motor if it's a 4 banger instaed of 8 banger it won't run faster you have to modify the apps or beef up the processer and RAM and memory.?!

Well if the big worked good but you need to be the best at this point is I want to put my devices in your hands and tell people and show you off.?! That's why I said that.?
