With UI Refresh enabled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a web page (e.g. wikipedia.com)
(2) Open chrome://flags
(3) Open the TabGrid

What is the expected result?
The cell representing the current tab should have "chrome://flags" title (or something similar).

What happens instead?
The cell has a "Wikipedia" title.

Marking this as P1 as I don't know if it is only happening for flags or for other things also.
