Regression: Permission bubble appears misplaced and overlaps with Notification button on https://permission.site/

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 69.0.3496.0 (Official Build) Revision 4225deb99f054d45a757dbecf0de9421c5e4d05e-refs/branch-heads/3496@{#1} (64 bit) OS: Mac (10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14) Pre-condition: Enable the flag "Use Views browser windows instead of Cocoa." from chrome://flags/ page. Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://permission.site/ 2. Click on Notification button such that permission bubble appears. 3. Now click on Fullscreen button and Observe the bubble. Actual Result: Permission bubble appears misplaced and overlaps with Notification button. Expected Result: Permission bubble should be seen properly. This is a Regression issue seen from 'M-69' and providing the bisect info below: Good Build: 69.0.3480.0 (Revision: 572082) Bad Build: 69.0.3481.0 (Revision: 572437) You are probably looking for a change made after 572208 (known good), but no later than 572209 (first known bad). Alright, I think I might understand the issue now. Is there an expectation that the bubble moves to show all input interactive elements? My understanding is that no such expectation exists. If this is incorrect, feel free to reopen the bug. This is due to a UI change which will naturally change the positions of all the dialogs. |
