Non-regression : No validation for phone and email fields in autofill-settings

Issue description

Chrome Version: 69.0.3496.0
OS:Ubuntu 17.10, Windows 10 and Mac 10.13.3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome
(2)Navigate to chrome://settings/autofill
(3)Enter alpha-numeric value in phone field and a value without '@' in email field.

Expected result:
It should not accept the values.

Actual result:
It is accepting alphanumeric for phone number and any value without '@' in email field

This issue is observed from M-60 old builds, hence it is a non-regression issue and marking it as untriaged.
Request you to please check and confirm if it is a intended behaviour or an issue.
