Regression: Headphone icon on the volume slider is missing when Earphones/Headphones connected

Chrome Version: 69.0.3494.0/10889.0.0 dev-channel Peppy,Daisy and Reks
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Connect Earphones/Headphones and observe the volume slider

Actual: Headphone icon on the volume slider is missing
Expected:  Headphone icon should be seen on the volume slider

This is Regression issue as same is working fine in 69.0.3457.0/10784.0.0 dev

NOTE: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux
