http/tests/navigation/navigation-interrupted-by-fragment.html timing out in HeapIncrementalMarkingStress mode

http/tests/navigation/navigation-interrupted-by-fragment.html timing out in HeapIncrementalMarkingStress mode.

The test is expecting the 100ms timer to fire before 100ms page load to complete but the order can reverse in HeapIncrementalMarkingStress mode.

I think the test should have some more flack and have a longer timer duration.
