Truncation/abnormal on Floating keyboard for Verification dialog

Platform 10888.0.0（official build) canary-channel kevin
Firmware Google_Kevin.8785.264.0


REPRO STEPS:
1.Open Gmail.
2.Input account&password, and go into Verification dialog.
3.Switch to floating mode.
4.Check keyboard UI.


Actual result: 
1.'6-MNO' key truncate.
2.'WXYZ' looks abnormal, since '9-WXYZ' key is so long.

'WXYZ' looks abnormal issue also repro on Dock mode.
