Ctrl key is pressed when pressing 汉字 key in Korean layout

Chrome os :
69.0.3494.0 10888.0.0 canary-channel bob 

Input tools version: 
9999.0.20180715.2046765f58

Steps:
1.Switch to Korean layout 
2.Press 汉字 key 

Actual:
Ctrl key is also pressed together
